Know before you ride!
How do I set up my bike?
Our instructors and staff will assist you with adjusting the seat, handlebars, and pedals to ensure a safe and comfortable ride.
What if I’m not very fit or have never done a cycling class before?
No worries! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, and you can go at your own pace.
Will I be sore after my first class?
It’s possible! Expect some muscle fatigue, especially in your legs. Stretching before and after class helps.
What should I bring to my first class?
Bring water, a towel, and wear comfortable workout attire. Cycling shoes may be required, but we offer rentals.
Do I need special shoes?
Our bikes are compatible with SPD cleats. If you don’t have cycling shoes, you can rent a pair at the studio.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so our team can help you get set up properly.
Wear comfortable workout clothes you can move and sweat in. Most riders wear leggings or shorts, a breathable top, and athletic socks. We recommend bringing a water bottle and wearing cycling shoes with SPD clips if you have them. If you do not having cycling shows, you can rent them at at our studio for just $3.
Our instructors will help you get fully set up before your first class. We'll adjust the seat height, handlebar position, and pedal straps or clips to fit your body. Arrive 10-15 minutes early so we can walk you through everything and make sure you’re comfortable before the ride starts.
